Hi, my name is Tara, but my friends call me Mama-T!
I enjoy travel, dogs and nature. I am extremely passionate about being a wedding photographer, and I am down to earth and easy to communicate with. I operate out of Monterey, CA. I love to travel for destination engagements, weddings and events in California and beyond.
Are you wondering where the name Mama-T came from? It is a nickname a friend gave me years ago, based off of my 10 years working with children and families at school's and as a respite foster care provider. I am also known as a nurturing motherly figure to my friends. The name stuck, and all of a sudden I was known only as "Mama-T" It made sense to carry this name with me into photography, as it truly describes the type of person I am, and how I go about business with my couples.
